On the search for the perfect all-in-one travel makeup palette so you don't have to pack all of yours and risk them breaking? Want to invest in a good palette that has almost everything you need for a full face? Then look no further!
The Balm Cosmetics is probably most know for their cult classic highlighter, Mary-Lou Manizer. It is a gorgeous champagne colour that looks good on every skin tone and I love to have it in my professional kit.
This brand started out small but is now known for having great products with the cutest packaging and the most creative names. They are a great addition to any makeup collection. and they have yet to disappoint me!
Enough about the brand in particular, its time to talk palette. This palette is the second of the Balm Voyage palettes and it is even more compact than the first. It retails for $59.00CAD and can be purchased at Rexall. It features 8.1g of product in the entire palette, with eyeshadows being smallest and cheek products being largest. The entire palette has a travel theme and features an adorable ship themed mirror and beach theme inside.

It has nine eyeshadow shades, one stunning highlight shade, one bronzer shade, two powder blush shades, and two cream lip/cheek shades.
The eyeshadow shades are perfect for all eye and skin tones as well as all preferences because they include basic neutrals as well as some pops of colour.
The highlighter is champagne and is very similar to the Mary-Lou Manizer, as it also has gorgeous colour pay off and gives off an intense glow.
The bronzer has awesome pigment as is super easy to blend out on the skin. It gives a natural bronze look that isn't too dark or too orange toned,
The blushes come in a coral shade, and a pink shade and are each perfect for different skin undertones or different makeup looks. They are both natural looking and can be mixed together to create a custom blush colour.
The cream cheek/lip shades come in a medium red/pink shade that has a semi sheer colour pay off and a coral shade that has an opaque cream finish. They are both such versatile colours and also go with numerous makeup looks from natural to dramatic. The closure of the palette also features a separate cover for the creams to keep them from mixing with the powders and drying out.
Below are single swipe finger swatches applied on my arm without a primer under neath:

These colours are all very blendable and can be built up for more intensity. I found that this palette lasted all day when applied on the face and the colour did not face.
I highly recommend this palette to anyone that wants an all in one product that is super compact. The size may seem small for the price, but the products in this palette will last far long enough to get your money's worth!
